Computer Classes
Classes are held in the Computer Lab on the fourth floor. Most classes are a 1.5 hour, hands-on class that meets for only one session. (Introduction To Typing meets five times.) You may repeat a class if you want to improve your skills.

BEGINNER COURSES
Basic Computer Skills
Does it seem like absolutely everybody but you is using a computer? Then the Basic Computer Skills class is for you. You will learn the handful of basic mouse and typing skills that are needed to use simple computer programs and perform tasks online. The class will be as much fun as it is informative.

Intermediate Word
This advanced class will cover the specialized features of Word and guide you through the various ways to format and enhance your document. Email Class
Do you ever feel like you are the last person without an email address? We’ll teach you how to sign up for a free email account. You’ll learn how to check and send email, as well as how to organize messages and protect yourself from unwanted email. You must be able to use the mouse and the keyboard, and be familiar with using a Web browser, to best follow this class.
