There's no shortage of pandemic-related stress these days as COVID-19 continues to invade our world. Dr. Christine Somervill, Director of Programs and Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor at the Cook County North Suburban office of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), will offer suggestions on how to cope and build resilience during this most trying time.

(This program originally aired over Zoom on October 13, 2021. Please note that, given the fluid nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, some of the information in this program has changed since it was recorded.)
