I read enough horror to know a haunted building when I see one.

The library is filled with stories and events and life and people. Not just any people, but people that are looking to read (or watch or listen to) ghost stories.
Stories about ghosts. It must be very self-validating for a ghost.
What are the options?
One could haunt an old victorian mansion. But there is always some matriarch telling children, “don’t be silly, there’s no such thing as ghosts!”
It would make that haunting business much more difficult.
With Halloween right around the corner, now is the time to be haunted or horrified or scared out of your mind.
