A DPPL Board member is relocating to another state, leaving a Des Plaines Public Library  trustee vacancy to be filled.

DPPL trustees are appointed the the library board by Mayor Matt Bogusz and serve for 3 year terms.

To assist in the process and help spread the word among library users, DPPL is compiling a list of possible candidates to submit the mayor for consideration. DPPL board members must be residents of incorporated Des Plaines.
