National Chocolate Day
DIVE IN! That is all I could think, standing on a catwalk at the Hershey factory behind coke bottle thick security glass, overlooking a ridiculously enormous vat of melted chocolate. The smell? Transcendent. The sight? Heavenly. Are you drooling yet?
To me, there is no such thing as "too much chocolate". What could make a brownie better? Just add chocolate chips to the batter for ooey gooey goodness. Toppings? Chocolate ice cream AND hot fudge sauce, of course! Seriously. Chocolate is no joking matter.
So you can imagine my delight at hearing that there is a National Chocolate Day on October 28. (It doesn't end there. For the complete list of chocolate holidays throughout the year, check out Farm Flavor's Website.)

Chocolat
"When a single mother and her young daughter move to rural France and open a chocolate shop - with Sunday hours - across the street from the local church, they are met with some resistance from the rigidly moral community. But as soon as the townspeople discover their delicious products, their attitudes begin to change."
