Sleigh Bells Ring, Are You Reading?
Whatever holiday celebrations you hold dear, don’t forget to add reading to your holiday traditions. Maybe it’s having your children read out loud a recipe, the holiday cards sent from loved ones, or sharing a favorite winter story with a mug of hot chocolate.
Whatever ways your family reads, you’ll be glad that this year, the Kids Winter Reading Club begins in December!
The first day to sign up and receive a log is December 19th.
Make sure to hang out and enjoy Karaoke from 1 – 3 pm that day too. Once your child has been read to and/or has read 8 hours, they choose a prize book of their very own to take home!
The last day to come in for prizes is January 30th, 2016.
Every day, even during the holidays, is a chance for your child to keep interacting with reading. So start a new family tradition and sign up for Winter Reading Club as early as December 19th and earn a gift of a book!
